Just a quick post showing a couple of quick Hama bead pixel art characters I recently created. The first lot is my own atombat pixelated in Hama beads. The second is Chuck D. Head from Sega’s Decap Attack. Sega’s Western release of Magical Hat flying turbo adventure gave someone the idea to re-design the principle character into a more grotesque gothic horror hero, and I’m really glad they did. great character really enjoyed making this, as the beads are pretty much spot on colour wise. Just a pity I flipped the board whilst creating it last night, scattering most of the beads, setting me back an hour or 2 aaaaaaaaargh!!
